Great Arc has been contracted as the prime contractor for upgrading the Cook County PINMAP application to Esri 10.8.1, extensively enhancing all aspects of the application, and continuing maintenance through 2023. Great Arc will once again be performing this contract with subcontractors Esri, Scarfe Consulting, and Pro-West & Associates.
