Great Arc has designed and developed a custom web-based campus map application that integrates facility data from Northwestern GIS, Tririga, and their OnBase document management system. The new application replicates many of the features from the original application to allow for a very similar look and feel, reducing staff training time and making the new Tririga roll out easier.

We developed data synchronization tools to extract updated space information data from Tririga each night to update the related data in their GIS. This data is then exposed in the map application to provide additional information for building features and to provide search and filter criteria. We have utilized various technology and software in executing this upgrade including Esri's ArcGIS, ArcGIS Server, and ArcSDE/SQL Server. For deployment, Great Arc has worked with the NU IT staff to configure their IIS and SQL Server environments for the application. Database scripts and documentation have been provided to fully configure their environment.
