Great Arc has created and launched a custom web-based application to manage all of the business workflows associated with the lane closure process occurring throughout the entirety of the Illinois Tollway system. The Lane Closures application expands the traditional user base to include external access by contractors, and removes much of the data entry burden traditionally handled by Tollway staff. Built in business rule validations allow the application to improve the efficiency of the closure creation and management process.
