Great Arc has been contracted by Cook County as the prime contractor for long-term maintenance to the web-centric PINMAP application, with subcontractors Esri, Scarfe Consulting, and Pro-West & Associates. We were subcontractors to Esri during initial PINMAP creation, the application having been designed to modernize Cook County’s existing parcel maintenance application while maintaining familiarity for its existing user base that encompasses several departments within the county. PINMAP utilizes various technologies including ArcGIS, ArcGIS Server, ArcSDE, ArcObjects, Esri JavaScript API, and SQL Server.
